Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Lucky Sixtn is not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first using your tracking number.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, email us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Lucky Sixtn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
